Based on Ultimate Strategic Speaking System™ (USSS) techniques, our training approach introduces people in engineering, sales, marketing, and executive roles to powerful communications techniques and skills that invite targeted responses and help build customer relationships.
Participants will practice how to effectively interact with their audience, large or small, using eye contact, gestures and facial expressions that will encourage audience interaction and feedback. Class participants learn how to prepare, plan and present in different situations – both positive and negative.
Training programs for individuals in a sales role include how to effectively close a meeting with their goals and sales objectives met! Additional communications strategies and training programs include how to give a powerful 60-minute keynote, and how to speak in a Ted-Type talk of 18 minutes – each requiring their own set of communication skills and content development.
