  • 'How to' use visuals with impact
  • Visual aid exercises such as "look-move-plant"

Class exercises combine delivery, content and interaction. Participants are asked to be up on their feet to demonstrate critical delivery skills.

Final skill development includes how to handle tough questions and objections.
